Life won’t be the same without you

There is no greater Ipswich icon than the Queensland Times. Only Joes Pies, McMahons Soft Drink, Cribb and Foote and the North Ipswich Railway Workshops were comparable.

Life just won’t be the same for me when the print edition of the QT ends on Saturday June 27th. It will be the last day my day will begin with a search of the front yard for the QT, as it has done for longer than I remember. While the QT will continue as an online publication, I will sadly miss the hard copy edition.
